When you purchase something from DoctorDerm, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.

Example: If you’re in Canada and your transaction is processed by a U.S.-based payment gateway, your information may be subject to U.S. laws like the Patriot Act. Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party site/app, this privacy policy no longer applies.

Telehealth Informed Consent & Disclosure
I understand that DoctorDerm has arranged a telehealth consultation for me and an independent and duly licensed medical provider (the “Provider”) utilizing its telehealth platform.
If I choose or am required to conduct an interactive video consultation, I will consult with the Provider in real time via a live video connection through the DoctorDerm platform.
DoctorDerm has explained how telehealth will be used, including potential risks and benefits. I acknowledge that I must accurately present my personal health information to DoctorDerm and the Provider.
I understand the benefits, risks, and alternatives to telehealth and consent to participate under the conditions described.
Accurate Information
If I need to clarify or update any information about my health, I must message my Provider team through the DoctorDerm platform as soon as possible.
Treatment Failure, Misdiagnosis, and Follow-Up
If I experience worsening symptoms, I will message a Provider through the DoctorDerm platform, contact my regular healthcare provider, or seek urgent or emergency care as appropriate.
Accepting or Declining Recommendations
I understand that I am free to accept or decline treatment recommendations provided through the DoctorDerm platform.
Sharing with My In-Person Healthcare Team
DoctorDerm strongly recommends that I keep my in-person healthcare providers informed of any changes to my treatment or medications.
If I begin treatment through DoctorDerm, I agree to follow the prescribed treatment plan. Failure to do so may result in termination of my treatment plan(s), and DoctorDerm will not be liable for my care.
