Medical Services
Telehealth & Medical Services
All medical services — including evaluations, prescriptions, and treatment plans — are provided by independent physician-owned or licensed professional entities ("Provider Groups") and their affiliated licensed healthcare providers ("Providers").
Providers are solely responsible for:
- Determining medical appropriateness
- Prescribing medications
- Selecting treatment plans
- Choosing care format (video, messaging, etc.)
- Managing follow-up care
DoctorDerm does not make clinical decisions and does not influence treatment outcomes.
Availability of telehealth services, including asynchronous (non-video) care, may vary by state and is determined exclusively by the Provider Group.

Subscription Terms
- Certain programs operate on an automatic subscription basis
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- You must cancel prior to your next billing cycle to avoid charges
Returns
Returns & Refunds
Prescription Medications
- Cannot be returned once dispensed
- All prescription sales are final
- If damaged or lost in transit, contact support
Non-Prescription Products
- Eligible for return within 30 days if unopened
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- Refunds are issued after inspection
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier and reship when appropriate.
